Dually donuts?

Some spare tires have the holes for the bolts stuck out far enough that you could hypothetically mount two of them, facing each other, on one hub as a dually... So.... Who's going to be the first to try it?

They're usually shaped so you can't do this.

I wouldn't do this as the wheel hub would have too much of a load on it and would cause a wheel bearing failure. Sure the donuts may seem light but full floating axles are designed for duallys.
